2001 JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge Series is in its 25th year of highly successful running events.
The 3.5 mile run began in 1977 with 200 runners from 50 companies. Today, the JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge Series is the largest participatory corporate running event in the world, stages in17 locations worldwide, with nearly 197,000 runners from over 6,100 companies. The growth of the JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge is a testimony to our continuing support of health and fitness, teamwork, and camaraderie in the corporate communities across the U.S. and abroad. Each races provides the opportunity for fun, friendly, athletic competition among colleagues in a healthy social atmosphere.
We have a long-standing tradition of supporting cultural, sporting, and philanthropic events in order to contribute to an overall quality of life in the communities we serve. Sponsored events and affiliations include the US Open Tennis Womens Singles Championship, The New York Cit Marathon, the Sports & Arts Festival, the Recital Series at Carnegie Hall, Junior Achievement, and the March of Dimes, just to name a few. Our art collection of approximately 17,00 works in over 300 global locations is one of the largest corporate art collections in the world.
